Forehead Block Guy, or FHBG, is Joshua Hoffman's entry to the 2011 NESdev competition. It's a single-screen platformer inspired by Fast Eddie and Gimmick!.

In 2013, the game was rewritten in Python to give it some semblance of a plot and define the physics more rigorously. The original intent was to then port it back to the NES.
