R-Type
Just for the record:
A Hardcore Gaming 101 writer (which one?) hypothesized that the "R" of "R-Type" is the "r" of r/K selection theory. This has been jossed. --Eighty5cacao (talk) 07:12, 4 May 2014 (UTC)
- Speaking of which, I've found yet another Stack Exchange site to Wiki Walk around in: Worldbuilding. Can anything interesting be gleaned from this question about r-strategist sapient species? --Tepples (talk) 01:56, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
- Might be relevant to TTM; I mentioned r/K previously at User talk:Eighty5cacao/misc/Eloi physiology (fanon)/Weena#Why Weena has trouble finding a mate, but I'm not sure whether that's a good place to move this discussion ... I'll have to read over that page in more detail later. --Eighty5cacao (talk) 18:51, 4 October 2014 (UTC) (+ 02:35, 6 October 2014 (UTC))
- WBSE is still discussing r-type species: Evolution of species with seperate sapient and non-sapient forms? --Tepples (talk) 03:35, 16 February 2015 (UTC)

The rewritten article on the new Hardcore Gaming 101 fixes the inaccuracy in question. --Eighty5cacao (talk) 19:07, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
Selkie/Erma crossover
Admittedly the supernatural assumptions made in Erma don't fit that well with the slightly more realistic world of Selkie, though the latter isn't entirely devoid of magical forces either.
Anyway, some food for thought: Erma has shown an interest in swimming here and here. --Eighty5cacao (talk) 00:31, 14 December 2015 (UTC)
