You mentioned <s>[http://nesdev.parodius.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=7494&start=270 here on the NESdev forums]</s> that you came up with the idea for GBFS. If so, why is it generally credited to Tepples, and why does it use <code>PinEightGBFS</code> as its magic string? Have you been a member of the "Pin Eight group" for longer than I've been aware? Or is it just that you designed the general idea and Tepples did the coding?

Or were you intending to refer to a different GBFS? [[User:Eighty5cacao|Eighty5cacao]] 20:57, 1 March 2011 (MST)

:It appears to have been a bbcode fail. Look up a post or two. --[[User:Tepples|Tepples]] 21:49, 1 March 2011 (MST)

::Sorry, I mistakenly copied the URL in my address bar rather than the one of [http://nesdev.parodius.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?p=74884#74884 the specific post] &mdash; that link should be correct.

::It seems you understood me, anyway. So have I understood you: Clueless was referring to his own GBFS, which is distinct from yours. Is this right? [[User:Eighty5cacao|Eighty5cacao]] 22:43, 1 March 2011 (MST)

:::Please compare Clueless's post about GBFS to the post right above it. They both contain the string "I looked at tar early in my GBA era (2001)". Clueless's post also contains the markup <code><nowiki>[/quote]</nowiki></code>, which appears to be the closing tag that doesn't match an opening tag. When quoting pieces of my post, it appears Clueless forgot to add a <code><nowiki>[quote="tepples"]</nowiki></code> tag before the part that was quoted. Or to put it shorter: Clueless is referring to mine. --[[User:Tepples|Tepples]] 23:14, 1 March 2011 (MST)
