Someone at Rockstar should read this. The bugs in GTA are hilarious but way too common. Unfortunately I suspect the fault is at a lower layer in the game’s engine and would be very expensive to fix. Still, semi-trucks getting launched a mile high is pretty funny. So are cars driving with their roofs embedded in horizontal surfaces.
