Notes:	One MW spam tool makes 12-letter usernames with alternating consonants and vowels like CvcvcvCvcvcv, e.g. "KazumiTotaka". Another makes usernames that look like NameSurname123. A third makes Abcdefg1977 where the last four digits are always a year in the twentieth century. Finally, Penispillreviewer23 usernames indicate intent to post an obviously COI "review" (i.e. an ad) of a product. Exempted the name of Yoshi's voice actor for excrements and giggles. Changed to disallow. For a couple weeks, this filter achieved its purpose of greatly diminishing pattern registrations, but as of 2012-04-06, the bot that uses the Abcdefg1977 pattern has learned to click through ABUSE filter warnings.
